Scott Berg

founder, partner

Scott Berg is a Co-Founder and Partner at Berg Mechanical Partners. Scott brings over 30 years of experience to the business. If you are in the industry, chances are you’ve heard of him. Scott began his career in the HVAC industry as a young man in his family’s business. Scott’s growing interest and expanding knowledge of the industry inspired him to launch an HVAC business of his own.

Since 1993, Scott has developed and maintained many long-lasting relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors and many city and county building development personnel. Scott’s ability to communicate with others has played a crucial role in his longterm success. Scott has always valued a friendly approach to business and has been known to bring the laughs to his colleagues. On any given day, you’ll find Scott working closely with clients, meeting potential customers, bidding various projects (ranging from ground up, tenant improvement, design-build and residential) and getting involved in the day to day operations of the business.

When Scott met his partner, Todd Campbell, their working relationship showed signs of promise from the very beginning. Their eventual partnership was a formula for success and provides the foundation on which they operate business today. Scott and Todd carry a tremendous amount of respect for each other and it shows in Berg Mechanical Partner’s quality and integrity of work.

Outside of work, Scott’s #1 priority is family. Spending time with his wife, kids, grandkids, family and friends is his favorite thing to do. Through years of experience, meeting people, working hard and enjoying what life has to offer, Scott has found a seamless balance in his personal and work life. When you meet him, you feel like family.

Todd Campbell

founder, Partner

Todd Campbell is a Co-Founder and Partner at Berg Mechanical Partners. Todd brings 14 years experience to Berg Mechanical Partners. Todd started his career off out of high school when he started working for a residential air conditioning company. Todd was intrigued by commercial projects and when the opportunity came up for him to work for a larger company, he jumped on it. Starting off as a helper in the commercial HVAC field Todd quickly learned the trade and continued his knowledge while attending night school. Quickly moving up within the company Todd was soon promoted to foreman and finally had his own crew of guys. From that point on Todd has continually been growing within the industry, he has worked on many different projects all over Southern California. He has built relationships and friendships within the industry that have lasted years.

Todd was lucky enough to find a mentor like Scott Berg that taught him the right way to do things from the very beginning. When they launched this company they were focused on providing the very best product possible, followed with outstanding customer service. The growth of the company can be contributed to Todd and Scott’s love for the work they do. The sometimes conflicting nature of a partnership is what has actually lead to the company’s success. Todd and Scott have different opinions on many things, but this has always lead them to find a balanced solution to any problem they encounter.

Todd has many passions and hobbies outside of work, first and foremost spending time with his wife and family. If he can be outdoors, that’s where you will find him. Todd believes balance is always the answer and has found that balance between work and home-life.
